Update 4 is still the banner on Harbor East’s Roblox description. Three bullets, no filler. This page unpacks each one so you do not wait for a cinematic trailer that was never uploaded.

Bullet 1 — New RP scene: Hospital
The studio added a dedicated medical set. That is a bigger deal than a new couch in a mansion. It creates a reason to move between downtown and a civic building, and it gives civilian and criminal scenes an aftercare beat. If you only logged in for Style Central, walk to the hospital once so you know the door.
We do not have an official floor plan. Learn it in a quiet server. 25 players means you can tour the wing without 70 people sitting in CT scanners.
Bullet 2 — New ambulance
A unique vehicle besides sports cars and the VIP supercar. Spawn rules follow the rest of the phone/HUD vehicle list. Treat it as staff property during a posted shift. Joyriding it through a yacht party is how emergency RP dies on a server.
If the van stutters, wait — bullet 3 exists because vehicles plus a new interior were heavy.
Bullet 3 — Lag optimization
Tracker samples still show healthy FPS for many sessions, but the studio felt the need to advertise a lag pass. That usually means interiors, player count at the cap, or both. Practical tips:
- Hide extra avatar layers if the hospital fills.
- Do not stack particle cars at the bay.
- Rejoin if the phone UI stops opening; that is client state, not a new gamepass.
What Update 4 did not include
- No listed promo code (see codes).
- No voice chat (still unsupported).
- No camera feature.
- No public Trello that we could find.
- No confirmation of police, fire, or metro transit as numbered features.
If a creator says Update 4 added those, they are mixing games. Emergency Hamburg is a different title.
Teaching the patch without a trailer
Harbor East never shipped an official YouTube trailer in the media API. Update 4 spread through the description bullets and word of mouth. If you are the first person in a server who knows the hospital exists, you are the patch notes. Type “hospital is Update 4, ambulance at the building, looking for patients.” That one sentence does more than a fake leak image.
Bring one friend. Empty hospitals feel broken even when they are not. A two-person loop — drive, treat, discharge on the plaza — is enough to prove the patch to a skeptic who thinks the game is only Style Central.
If lag hits, believe bullet 3 and shrink the scene rather than declaring the update “unplayable.” Then file that memory on history if the studio later ships another optimization pass.
How the meta moved
Emergency jumped to S-tier on the jobs tier list. Civilian is still the population glue. Crime now has a hospital to dump patients into, which is healthier than endless Tool Shop looping. Hosts should read the session planner.
