Harbor East sells a lifestyle: interiors with stairs and laptops, teal and orange sports cars on Style Central, a white G-Wagen at the Tool Shop, and a yacht sofa against the night skyline. Lock the house
Community tours repeat one mechanical fact: other players can walk in if you forget to lock. That is different from some Metro Life instincts. If you are filming a 4-bedroom tour, lock first, then start the camera. The embedded Villa Serenity video is a good example of a cash house you will actually live in.

Robux mansions
Players coming from Metro Life will recognize the mansion island energy. Harbor East mansions cost more than that game’s typical tags.
Rock Modern (about 699 Robux). Glass, ocean views, piano, rooftop helicopter pad. Huge compared with Metro Life’s city mansions. Use it if you host parties and aerial shots.
Grande Manor (about 799 Robux). Community tour: 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, movie theater, two pools, volleyball, gym, pool table, golf, garage. Reviewers noted it has no spa, unlike the 699 house. Buy for scale, not for spa RP.
VIP’s “luxurious house” is a separate grant from these catalogue mansions. Do not assume VIP equals Grande Manor.

Yacht and waterfront
Gallery art shows three players on a yacht sofa with pizza, cake, watermelon, and juice, skyline behind them. Treat it as a hangout set, not a house you own by default. It is the best “we made it” screenshot in the game. Combine with civilian RP from civilian roles.
Spawning and despawning without wrecking the street
City RP phones usually let you spawn one active vehicle. If Harbor East follows that pattern, despawn before you pull the ambulance or the VIP supercar. The plaza crosswalk in the icon art is not a garage. Five abandoned cars there is how 25-player servers start looking like a junkyard.
Houses work the same way: one active property you actually enter. Buying Grande Manor and Rock Modern does not mean you should leave both unlocked “for the aesthetic.” Pick a set for the session. Lock it. Invite. End.
Parking on the yacht deck is a screenshot, not a save point. If the boat is a shared hangout, take the car back to a street or a garage before you log out so the next party is not climbing over a G-Wagen to reach the cake.
