A compact city. One unlocked door or one unasked shootout is everyone’s session.
Harbor East is a 25-player seaside RP. There is no staff handbook on the Roblox page. There is a maturity tag for mild blood and repeated mild violence, a hospital from Update 4, and a fashion street that exists for photos. Community house tours learned the hard way: if you do not lock the door, other people walk in while you film. That is not a bug. Treat lock as the first action after you buy or grant a house. Details: vehicles and houses.
Consent before the dark side
The experience pitch says good or bad and warns about the dark side. Tags include Hood. That is permission for crime RP, not permission to delete a Style Central lookbook. Type the plan in chat: “hood RP at Tool Shop.” If nobody opts in, stay civilian. Criminal roles and civilian.
Hospital is a scene, not a loot room. Call “hospital open,” staff the ambulance, discharge, free the bay. Do not camp the van as a flex car. Hospital.
25-player math
Five wrecks on the plaza crosswalk is lag. Update 4 already named lag. Despawn extra cars. One party, one meeting point from the map: plaza, Style Central, Tool Shop, hospital, or yacht.
Voice chat is unsupported. Text is the radio. Short calls beat paragraphs that nobody reads on mobile.
What not to do
- Paste Metro Life codes. Wrong universe. Comparison.
- Sell “VIP servers.” Creation is off. Gamepasses are a nametag bundle, not a private lobby.
- Drop executor GUIs in party chat. Safety.
- Steal an ambulance mid-shift for a yacht photo.
A clean 15-minute session
Average playtime is 13–15 minutes. Claim daily, lock house, pick one scene, leave. The daily checklist and session planner exist so you do not start three plots at once.
If you are recording, say so in chat. Tour creators already do. People will still walk in if the door is open.
A party of four should pick one plot from the session planner and stick to it. Starting hospital, hood, and a lookbook in the same ten minutes is how ambulances get abandoned on the plaza. If the lobby is silent, default civilian: walk Style Central, lock the house, take one screenshot, log out. That still counts as a complete Harbor East session on this game’s 13–15 minute clock.
VIP does not buy you an exception. A nametag in an unlocked Villa Serenity is still an open lobby. Money Speed does not excuse parking the ambulance across Style Central. The city is too small for “I paid Robux” as a rule.

What if nobody answers in chat?
Stay civilian. Walk, lock, screenshot, leave. Do not force a crime scene on a silent 25-player lobby.
Can I AFK on the yacht while friends RP?
The yacht is a hangout, not a farm. If you are in the party, pick a scene or leave the slot for someone who will play.
