Players search “Harbor East controls” because city RP titles hide verbs in a phone cluster. This page is the input card. The session loop sits on how to play. First spawn sits on getting started.
Harbor East is MorphToR15. There is no R6 toggle on the public experience. If a friend sends a “classic animation” script, that is an executor, not a setting — read script safety.

What is not a keybind
Locking a house is a property action at the door, not a keyboard shortcut. Tours keep repeating that unlocked interiors fill with 24 strangers. Details: vehicles and houses.
Spawning a car is a HUD list, not a garage key. Official shots show teal and orange sport cars and a white G-Wagen. Despawn extras before you pull the Update 4 ambulance or the VIP supercar — five wrecks on the plaza crosswalk is lag, which Update 4 already warned about.
Daily claim is a button, not a hotkey. Miss it and Money Speed does nothing. Money.
Codes are not bound to F9. If a Codes field exists it is inside shop, rewards, or settings. Today the codes hub is still empty.
Camera and 25 players
Servers cap at 25. That is small enough that a locked shift-lock spin on Style Central knocks into fashion shoots. Use shift-lock for driving, free camera for plaza walking. There is no native selfie camera — screenshots are the Roblox capture overlay or a phone screenshot.
Lag after Update 4 is real when interiors plus vehicles load. If prompts stop appearing, rejoin rather than mashing E. The experience updated timestamp on 13 August 2026 did not add new binds; it kept the Update 4 banner.
Mobile-specific notes
Thumbstick plus HUD icons compete for the lower third of the screen. Put the phone cluster where you can tap it without steering into the Tool Shop fence. Console players should bind interact somewhere that does not also jump, or you will hop off seats in house tours.
Follow-to-join is how you meet friends. There is no private-server key. Play with friends.
