Play it with the hospital guide and emergency roles. If your client feels smoother than early 2026 clips, that is the lag line working.
How to read a silent month
City RP games often ship furniture and mansions without renaming the experience description. Harbor East can add a catalogue house (Rock Modern, Grande Manor) without calling it Update 5. That is why community tours are dated on history even when the official blurb still says Update 4.
A silent month is not a shutdown. Visits are over 100 million and CCU still sits in the thousands. It does mean you should not wait for a code, a Trello, or a police update before you buy a lockable house.
When the description gains a fifth numbered patch, we will split this hub the same way we split hospital into its own guide. Until then, Update 4 plus maintenance stamps is the whole public log.
Why updates matter on a 25-player map
A new building is not flavor. It reshuffles the jobs tier list. Emergency jumped because the studio added a van, not because this wiki wanted a medic page. Future police or transit scenes would do the same.
