Harbor East Emergency and hospital roles
Update 4’s job family — a scene, a van, and a city small enough to respond in time.
Emergency is the newest first-class lifestyle in Harbor East. The studio did not bury it in a tooltip; they put Hospital and Ambulance at the top of the experience description. This page is the role sheet. The shift procedure lives in hospital and ambulance. Tiers: jobs tier list.
Roles that make sense
Until Century Operators publishes a punch-in list, play these as hats, not unlocks:
- Reception / triage — door, chat, who gets the next bay.
- Paramedic — ambulance, pickup, drive, handoff.
- Clinician — the scene inside the building.
- Patient / visitor — still a role. Quiet servers need volunteers to go down or check in.
You do not need all four. Two people can run a full loop on this map because downtown is close to everything. City map.
Why this lane is strong
- Official. You are not homebrewing a cop game inside a fashion title.
- Unique vehicle. The ambulance is not the VIP supercar.
- Feeds other lanes. Crime creates patients; civilians visit; everyone gets a story.
- Lag was patched for this building. The studio cares if it fills.
Communications
No voice chat. Type location names people already know: plaza, Style Central, Tool Shop, yacht, hospital. “EMS to fence” is enough. Do not invent 10-code radio unless your friend group likes it — newcomers will bounce.
Pay and passes
Treat hospital as a job lane that may tick the same wallet as civilian work. Money Speed still applies if earnings fire. VIP’s extra daily is unrelated but helps the same account. Do not buy a 799 Robux mansion to “be the hospital director.”
Training a brand-new medic
First login: do not buy a pass. Walk the building, sit in a chair, find the vehicle, and drive it around the block empty. Second login: ask for one volunteer patient at the plaza. Third login: add a driver. That ramp is how Update 4 actually spreads on a game with few YouTube tutorials.
If your English is not the lobby’s language, the two-letter HUD still works — this wiki exists in French, German, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese for a reason. Point at the van, type the district name, go.
Uniforms are cosmetic. A pink sweater can be EMS if you said so in chat. A VIP nametag does not make you head of surgery. The ambulance is the only unique prop that matters; fight over that, not over who owns the title “doctor.”
Shift length
Fifteen minutes is a full scene. Post a start and an end. The session planner has a medical template. After the shift, go civilian on the yacht so the building can reset.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common Harbor East questions.
Is doctor a real clock-in job?
Update 4 added the hospital scene. Use whatever job button your client shows; if none, roleplay the hats listed here.
Who should drive the ambulance?
Whoever called EMS. One driver, one rider. Do not convoy four vans on a 25-player map.
Can criminals use the hospital?
Yes — as patients. That is how the three lanes click together.
What if nobody wants to be a patient?
Volunteer. Two friends swapping driver and patient is a complete Update 4 demo. You do not need a full ward.
Does EMS need Money Speed?
No. The pass only multiplies earnings if a job tick fires. Learn the building first; buy earn-rate later if you like the loop.
Can I staff hospital in a VIP supercar?
You can arrive in it. Park it off the bay and switch to the ambulance so Update 4’s vehicle is the one on camera.
