Harbor East jobs
Three lifestyles, one cash wallet. Pick a lane that matches the server you actually joined.
The Harbor East description promises “different roles & jobs” and a choice to be good or bad. Update 4 added a hospital RP scene and an ambulance, so emergency work is no longer fan-fiction. This page ranks lanes, not a fake 40-name roster. Job boards in city RP titles change with patches; we will name a role here only when screenshots, gamepasses, or official notes support it.
For a sortable S–D view, open the jobs tier list. For how to spend the cash, use money.
How work pays
Harbor East has an in-game currency. Community house tours quote 80,000 cash for Villa Serenity. Gamepasses Money Speed (+20%) and Ultra Money Speed (+50%) exist specifically to raise “in-game currency earnings.” That is your proof that jobs, dailies, or both tick a wallet. VIP’s extra daily claim is a second drip, not a job.
If a shift feels unpaid, you are probably hanging out (valid) instead of clocked in. Hangout is the plaza loop; work is whatever the menu labels as a job, duty, or role.
Lane 1 — Civilian / good
This is the screenshot lifestyle: coffee on the plaza, Style Central bags, roses, house interiors, yacht cake. Civilian work in this genre is usually retail, driving, or service RP that fills the city without a gun. On a 25-player server, one dedicated civilian crew makes the mall feel alive for everyone else.
Play it if you like fashion, house tours, and photos. Read civilian roles. Pair with a lockable house from vehicles and houses.
Pay is steady but slower than crime on most city RP titles. Money Speed helps here more than VIP’s supercar does.
Lane 2 — Emergency / hospital
Update 4 is explicit: new RP scene at the hospital, new ambulance, lag pass so the building can fill. That is a job family even if the punch-in button is named Medic, Doctor, or EMS in your build.
Play it if you want structured scenes. The ambulance is a prop with a purpose — park it, pick up a patient, drive, roleplay treatment. Details: hospital and ambulance and emergency roles.
Pay depends on other players going down or checking in. A peaceful yacht server will starve EMS. A Tool Shop brawl will feed it. Ask the server which night it is.
Lane 3 — Criminal / dark side
Official tags include Hood. Official art includes the Tool Shop, basketball court, and a chain-link fence with graffiti. Maturity lists repeated mild violence and light blood. Crime is a first-class lane, not an easter egg.
Play it if the server consented. With 25 people, a robbery at Style Central is a server event. Use criminal roles and do not confuse this with a scripted heist game. There is no confirmed “harbor container bomb” mechanic like Emergency Hamburg — do not bring those tutorials here.
Pay is bursty. Ultra Money Speed looks tempting; it also makes a wanted loop more profitable for the people chasing you.
How to choose on a live server
- Join and watch chat for 60 seconds.
- If three people are already in scrubs, go civilian or criminal so the hospital has patients.
- If nobody is working, start civilian so the city is not an empty parking lot.
- Check the session planner if you are the host.
Job plus housing
Do not buy Grande Manor (799 Robux) to “look employed.” A cash house plus a reliable lane will screenshot better than an empty 6-bedroom. Rank houses separately on the houses tier list.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common Harbor East questions.
What is the highest paying Harbor East job?
It depends on the server. Emergency pays when people use the hospital; crime pays when the server wants chaos; civilian is the reliable grind for house cash.
Do I need a gamepass to work?
No. Money Speed only multiplies earnings. VIP adds housing and a daily claim, not a job unlock we can document.
Can I switch jobs mid-session?
Yes. The city is built around lifestyle swapping. Clock out of a scene before you start a shootout in the mall.
