Harbor East does not publish a Steam-style changelog. This timeline uses the Roblox universe record, the live description, gamepass creation dates, and community house-tour dates. For the current patch, read Update 4. Hub: updates.
22 May 2025 — Launch
Century Operators (group 34987999, owner sphinxshen) ships Harbor East, place 84256892855657. Genre: Roleplay & Avatar Sim / Life. Free, R15, 25-player servers, no VC, no camera. Pitch: seaside city, good or bad lifestyle, jobs, hangout, dark side.
30 May 2025 — Gamepasses
Roblox pass records show Money Speed, Ultra Money Speed, and VIP created around 30 May 2025. That is the economy layer: +20% / +50% earnings, extra daily claim, luxury house, supercar. See money.
Mid–late 2025 — City culture
Community mansion tours (Villa Serenity, Rock Modern, Grande Manor) land on YouTube. Players compare prices to Metro Life and note Harbor East mansions cost more. Houses must be locked. Fashion districts (Style Central) and the yacht set the screenshot language.
Peak concurrent on trackers: 9,103 on 20 June 2025. Visits later climb past 100 million.
Update 4 — Hospital (listed through 2026)
Official description rewritten around hospital RP, ambulance, lag. This is the only numbered patch still advertised. Playable notes: hospital.
13 August 2026 — Maintenance
Universe updated timestamp on the games API. No extra bullets beyond Update 4’s three lines. Treat it as keep-alive unless the description changes.
How we date a mansion versus a patch
A YouTube mansion tour dated November 2025 means the catalogue had that house by then. It does not mean Update 3 was “the mansion update.” Century Operators can drop a 799 Robux property without bumping the numbered banner. This timeline therefore has two tracks: official numbered text (launch, Update 4) and catalogue / community dates (passes, tours, visit milestones).
Mixing the tracks is how fake patch notes get written. We keep them in separate bullets so you can see that Grande Manor and Rock Modern arrived as shop items during the Update 4 era, not as a replacement for the hospital scene.
Peak CCU in June 2025 sits before most of those mansion videos. The city was already busy when it was mostly plaza, cars, and houses. Hospital is extra, not the original hook.

The live universe sat above 115 million visits when this wiki was built in August 2026. Use that as scale, not as a code name.
Was Harbor East always 25 players?
The live API still reports maxPlayers 25. We have no public note of a different cap at launch.
