Harbor East gamepasses

Harbor East sells three experience gamepasses on the Roblox store for universe 7747782974: Money Speed, Ultra Money Speed, and VIP. They are the only paid products we can verify. This page is the spend guide. Cash grind still lives on the money page. Houses that are catalogue items, not pass grants, live on vehicles and houses.

Buy only from the Harbor East store on Roblox. A site that sells “cheap VIP” is stealing the account, not unlocking a nametag.

The three passes

Do not assume Money Speed and Ultra multiply. Check the HUD after one job tick. If both can be owned, treat Ultra as the replacement rate until you see two buffs stacked in the client.

VIP is not a VIP server

Roblox’s games API still lists createVipServersAllowed: false for this universe. The VIP gamepass is a lifestyle bundle: a tag, a second daily, a luxury house, a supercar. It does not rent you a private 25-player instance. Friends still join through follow-to-join on a public server. That workflow is on play with friends.

The VIP house is also not Grande Manor (~799 Robux) or Rock Modern (~699 Robux). Those are catalogue mansions. VIP’s “luxurious house” is a grant. Tour it, lock it, and do not pay 799 Robux thinking the pass already bought the 6-bed property.

Money Speed versus grinding

Average sessions on trackers sit near 13–15 minutes. A +20% or +50% rate on a missed daily is still zero. Claim first, then work a job lane, then spend toward Villa Serenity (~80,000 cash, no Robux) if you want a first home without a pass.

Ultra Money Speed is the pass people buy after they already like Harbor East. It does not create a hospital scene. Update 4’s ambulance is free to spawn during a shift.

If you only log in twice a week, VIP’s extra daily often beats Ultra. Two claims plus a house and a car is the whole loop for a 20-minute visit. Ultra is for people who already stay for job ticks.

What gamepasses will not do

• They will not add voice chat. The experience still lists VC and camera as unsupported.
• They will not raise the 25-player cap.
• They will not enable copying the place. CopyingAllowed is false.
• They will not redeem a code. There is still no verified promo string as of the 30 August 2026 check.
• They will not make Metro Life codes work here. Different universe. See Harbor East vs Metro Life.

Buying order that wastes the least Robux

1. Play a week with dailies only.
2. If you hate the job loop, skip rate passes and consider VIP for the extra claim and the grant house.
3. If you already work, test Money Speed for a few sessions before Ultra.
4. Catalogue mansions last, after you know the map.

Century Operators created these passes around 30 May 2025, eight days after launch. The live description on 13 August 2026 still leads with Update 4, not a new shop. If a fourth pass appears, it will get a row here — not a rumor.
