VIP servers are off. Follow-to-join and a posted plan are the whole party system.
Harbor East looks like a hangout game and then refuses the usual hangout tool: private servers. The games API for universe 7747782974 still reports createVipServersAllowed: false. The VIP gamepass is a lifestyle bundle, not a server rental — gamepasses. This page is how you actually play together on a 25-player public instance.

Join the same instance
- One person joins Harbor East on place 84256892855657. Confirm the creator chip says Century Operators.
- Friends use Roblox follow / join. Server list hopping works only while that instance still has a free slot.
- If the instance is full (25), wait or follow again. There is no paid overflow shard.
- Drop the meeting point in party chat: plaza crosswalk, Style Central, Tool Shop fence, hospital, or yacht. The map names those districts.
Do not trust a “VIP server link” in a Discord bio. Unofficial invites often point at clones or cookie pages. Official IDs: official resources.
Keep a 25-player scene from collapsing
Average playtime is about 13–15 minutes. A party of four that does not pick a scene becomes a car meet on the plaza. Use the session planner before you press Play.
Good party jobs:
- Lookbook — Style Central, one car, a locked house. Civilian.
- Hospital night — one ambulance, two patients. Hospital guide.
- Hood then EMS — Tool Shop with consent, then a handoff to emergency. Criminal.
Bad party jobs: five supercars, unlocked Villa Serenity, and a crime scene on the same corner as someone’s photoshoot.
Chat is the radio
Voice chat is unsupported. Type the role (“hospital open”, “hood RP at fence”, “lookbook at Style Central”). If nobody answers in two minutes, switch to civilian walking. Do not grief a full lobby to force content.
Lock the house before guests arrive. Community tours learned that the hard way. Cash target remains Villa Serenity around 80,000 if the party wants a shared interior without Robux — houses.
What friends should not share
- Account cookies or “join scripts.”
- Metro Life codes. Wrong universe. Comparison.
- Fake VIP-server keys.
- Executor GUIs that promise a private lobby. Safety.
If someone in the party bought VIP, they still spawn on the same public shard. Use their extra daily and the grant house as a locked green room, not as a private lobby. Money Speed on one wallet does not raise everyone else’s cash.
When the instance feels dead, hop together rather than splitting. A 25-player cap means one hop can land you on a photoshoot, a hospital shift, or an empty plaza — stay in one follow chain.
