Harbor East Jobs tier list
S-tier is whatever fills the city tonight. Here is the default order after the hospital patch.
This list ranks lifestyles, not invented clock-in names. Pair it with the jobs guide and the roles hub. Money Speed multiplies whatever you pick; it does not change the order.
S — Emergency (hospital + ambulance)
Update 4 gave Harbor East a scene nobody else on the map has. On a 25-player server you can staff a full shift with four people and still have patients. Unique vehicle, clear loop, screenshots that are not another mall selfie. Play this first if the server is awake. Guide: hospital and ambulance.
Downside: dead on a quiet yacht lobby. Host it or switch.
A — Civilian hangout / service
Plaza, Style Central, houses, yacht. This is what the icon art sells. It is the easiest way to keep a server from feeling like a parking lot. Pay is slower than crime, but Villa Serenity is a civilian house. A-tier because it always works. Roles: civilian.
A — VIP lifestyle (paid)
Not a job, but it changes the economy: extra daily claim, luxury house, supercar, nametag. If you already bought it, you are A-tier on cash and on presence. If you have not, do not pretend it is required. See money.
B — Criminal / hood
Tool Shop, fence, violence tag. High energy, high chance you wreck a photoshoot. B because it needs consent on a tiny server. When the server wants it, it plays like S. Roles: criminal.
B — Driver / car RP
Official cars are beautiful. Driving loops between Style Central and the water are great filler. Not a documented high-pay job, so it sits under civilian unless your group treats taxi work as paid.
C — Pure AFK mansion sit
Looks expensive, earns nothing. Grande Manor without a lock or a scene is a public lobby. Ranked C so spenders feel the warning.
D — Waiting on codes
Zero verified codes. Sitting in the plaza refreshing TikTok is not a job. Codes hub.
Re-ranking after a quiet server
If you join and chat is empty, emergency drops from S to B for that hour because there are no patients. Civilian becomes S. Crime becomes D. That is not a contradiction; it is the 25-player rule. The letters on this page assume a mixed lobby like the icon art.
If you join and five people are already at the Tool Shop, crime is S for them and emergency is A because pickups will happen. You can still be civilian at Style Central — the city is wide enough for a photoshoot and a fight if they stay in their districts. The map is the zoning law.
Money Speed does not save a mis-picked lane. +50% of zero job ticks is zero. Pick the lane the lobby will actually play, then let the pass work.
How to use the list in a party
- One S-tier scene (hospital or hood, not both at once).
- Everyone else on A-tier civilian so the city has bystanders.
- One driver for ambulance or supercar shots.
- Swap after 20 minutes — average session length is short.
The session planner turns this into a timer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common Harbor East questions.
Why is emergency S-tier?
It is the only lane with a brand-new official scene and vehicle as of Update 4.
Why isn’t crime S-tier?
On 25-player servers it consumes the whole map. Fun, but it needs a yes from the lobby.
Where do Money Speed users sit?
The pass multiplies the lane you already chose. It is not its own job tier.
